WHAT COULD
MISSED LEADS
BE COSTING?
Use your own enquiry volume, response gap, close rate, and first-sale value. You will get a low, expected, and high scenario—not a guaranteed revenue claim.

Monthly revenue at risk
Read the result honestly
AN ESTIMATE.
NOT A PROMISE.
This is a planning model. It helps you decide whether the response gap deserves measurement and process work. It does not prove that every missed enquiry would have bought.
Count the whole gap
Include calls, forms, WhatsApp, DMs, and booking requests that never receive a clear next step—not only calls nobody answered.
Use first-sale value
A defensible first transaction is safer than a speculative lifetime value. The estimate is more useful when the inputs are conservative.
Separate risk from recovery
Revenue at risk is not guaranteed recoverable revenue. Recovery depends on lead quality, timing, capacity, consent, and the quality of the follow-up.
The method
FOUR INPUTS.
ONE VISIBLE FORMULA.
Monthly gap
VolumeWeekly enquiries × 52 ÷ 12 × percentage without a clear next step.
Expected missed wins
ConversionMonthly gap × the close rate you normally achieve when a qualified enquiry is handled properly.
Revenue at risk
ValueExpected missed wins × average first-sale value. Low and high scenarios vary the close-rate assumption by 25%.

Questions and limits
BEFORE YOU ACT.
Does this prove how much revenue I lost?+
No. It estimates revenue at risk from your assumptions. Lead quality, capacity, timing, consent, and execution all affect what could actually be recovered.
Do you store my numbers?+
The calculator does not submit inputs to a form or application endpoint. A share link places the four numbers in the URL so you can reopen the same scenario; do not put confidential information in the calculator.
Why use first-sale value?+
It is usually easier to defend than lifetime value. If your business has reliable cohort data, you can test a broader value separately and label it clearly.
What should I do with the result?+
Run a 14-day enquiry log first. If the gap is real, fix ownership, response standards, routing, follow-up, and human handoff before adding more tools.

REAL WORKFLOW.
If the gap is large enough to matter, we can trace where enquiries stall, define the human handoff, and build the smallest system worth testing.
