The Future Studio Agency, LLC ("The Future Studio", "we", "us", or "our") designs and installs AI systems, automation workflows, websites, content systems, and related business tools for clients. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our website, contact us, work with us, or authorize one of our connected apps.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, project details, messages, meeting notes, files, and other information needed to understand or deliver a project.

We may also collect basic website and analytics information such as pages viewed, device type, referring source, and form submissions so we can improve our website and services.

Google Workspace And Connected App Data

If you authorize a Google-connected workflow, we only request the permissions needed for the feature you are using. Depending on the workflow, this may include permission to upload files to Google Drive, read limited Gmail metadata or messages, draft Gmail messages, read calendar availability, or upload approved media to YouTube.

For the Drive uploader workflow, the intended scope is limited to creating and managing files created by the app in your Google Drive. We do not request broad Drive access for that workflow.

We use Google user data only to provide the requested workflow, maintain the system, troubleshoot errors, and show you operational reports. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising. We do not use Google Workspace data to train generalized AI models.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • To design, build, test, and maintain client systems.
  • To operate approved automations, reports, dashboards, and content workflows.
  • To improve our website, offers, support, and internal processes.
  • To meet legal, security, accounting, and compliance obligations.

Sharing And Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers such as hosting, analytics, automation, CRM, email, cloud storage, AI, and payment platforms. These providers only receive information needed to perform their services. We do not sell your personal information.

AI Tools

Some workflows may use AI tools to summarize, classify, draft, or transform information. When we use AI tools for client work, the purpose is to provide the requested service or workflow. External replies, public posts, proposals, payment links, and campaign changes remain approval-gated unless you explicitly authorize otherwise.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the project, service, legal requirement, security need, or operational record. You can ask us to delete or export information, subject to legal, security, and contractual requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You may also revoke Google account access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
